The Chimp Daddy's return policy is simple
If the product fails to work due to a workmanship issue or fails to perform
as described, return it. We will send you another one or refund your purchase
price no questions asked. Obviously if you have installed the product incorrectly
causing it to fail or modified the product we can not exchange it for free.
But we will be more than willing to work with you to get the situation resolved
for a reasonable price. If you are returning the product please make sure to
include your contact information, order number, failure mode, vehicle used in,
etc. Also express whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
