Chimp Daddy LLC works hard to make devices which automate manual processes that otherwise you would have to do manually all the time. We call these “Chimps”. Why continually perform a manual operation yourself when you can get a Chimp to do it for you, right? The Traction Control Chimp is a traction control switch inverter. It defaults your vehicles traction control to “Off” every time you turn the ignition on. The Traction Control Chimp has a built in delay of twenty seconds before the traction control circuit is actuated and turned off. This delay is important because it accounts for possible hard starting conditions. It also gives the vehicles electrical system a chance to power up and accept the traction control state change. Another advantage to the Traction Control Chimp is that even when installed you retain the use of the vehicles traction control button and can transition the traction control state On/Off at any time. The installation takes about 10 minutes and only a screw driver and pair of pliers are needed to install the system. There are two different versions of the Traction Control Chimp. Manual & Automatic transmission vehicles have different versions of the Traction Control Chimp as one setup requires a slightly longer wiring harness than the other. Please keep this in mind when ordering and select the appropriate transmission type to ensure you receive the correct version. Listed below are the vehicles that the Traction Control Chimp currently supports. Pontiac GTO 2004 - 2006
Product Use Disclaimer The Traction Control Chimp will automatically defeat the traction control system on your vehicle. This may lead to loss of traction and control of your vehicle under heavy throttle or low traction conditions. Chimp Daddy LLC assumes no responsibility or liability if damage, injury, death, or other that may occur with the use of our product. Use this product responsibly and at your own risk. |
